We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Order acceptance is confirmed only when we send a order confirmation email (containing your order number and delivery timeline) to your registered email address. If we reject your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to your address), we will notify you via email within 2 business days and issue a full refund for any payments already processed.
1.3 Pricing & Availability

Our products are designed for domestic, non-commercial use only:
- Sofas (Single/Double Seater): For seating in residential spaces (living rooms, bedrooms). Do not use for commercial purposes (e.g., cafes, offices) or as a weight-bearing surface (e.g., standing, jumping on the Sofa frame), which may damage the frame or legs.
- Bean Bags: For casual seating in residential spaces. Do not overfill with non-approved materials (e.g., foam scraps) or use as a bed for extended periods (may cause filling compression).
- Sofa Blankets: For adding warmth to Sofas or beds. Follow care instructions (included with each blanket) to avoid damage (e.g., shrinking, staining).
Misuse of products may void warranties and result in personal injury or property damage—we are not liable for such issues (see Section 5 for liability limitations).
4. Custom Orders
For custom-made products (e.g., Sofas with specific fabric/color, Bean Bags of unique size), additional terms apply:
- Order Confirmation: After you submit a custom order request, we will send a detailed quote (including price, production timeline, and fabric swatch confirmation) via email. Your order is only confirmed once you reply to this email to approve the details.
- Production Timeline: Custom Sofas typically take 2–3 weeks to manufacture; custom Bean Bags take 1 week. We will provide a specific delivery date in your order confirmation.
- Cancellations & Changes: Custom orders can be canceled or modified within 48 hours of confirmation (before production begins). After 48 hours, cancellation is not possible (as materials are already ordered), and no refunds will be issued—unless the product is defective (per our Warranty Policy).
5. Liability Limitations
5.1 Our Liability
We are liable for:

5.2 Your Liability
You are liable for:
- Providing accurate delivery details (e.g., correct address, access information for large Sofas like “no lift—ground floor only”). If a delivery is missed or delayed due to incorrect details, you may be charged a £15 re-delivery fee.
- Returning products in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy (e.g., disassembling Sofas, repackaging Sofa Blankets). If returned items are damaged during transit (due to poor packaging), we may deduct a repair fee from your refund.
6. Account Responsibilities (For Online Orders)
If you create an account on our website to track orders, save payment details, or store fabric preferences:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password) and for all activities conducted under your account (e.g., placing an order for a Sofa, saving a Bean Bag to your cart).
