Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping process, aligned with UK logistics standards and your furniture-specific needs.

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all regions of the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands), and select offshore islands (e.g., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man). Key notes for specific locations:
  • Mainland UK (England, Wales, Central Scotland): Full delivery coverage for all products, including large items like Double Seater Sofas.
  • Northern Ireland: Delivery available for all items—cross-border logistics may require extra processing time (see Section 3 for timelines).
  • Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas (e.g., Orkney, Shetland): Delivery available for all products, but large Sofas may require a custom quote (contact us for details).
  • Offshore Islands: Delivery to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands is available—Sofa delivery may incur additional surcharges (displayed at checkout).
  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship large items (Single/Double Seater Sofas, Bean Bags) to PO Boxes—physical addresses are required. Sofa Blankets (small items) can be shipped to PO Boxes via Royal Mail.

    • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (priority scheduling for courier teams).
    3.2 Remote Regions

    4. Delivery Scheduling & Notifications
    To ensure you’re available for large item delivery (e.g., Double Seater Sofa), we provide flexible scheduling and real-time updates:
    • Delivery Window Confirmation: After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a 2-hour delivery window (e.g., “10:00 AM–12:00 PM on Wednesday”)—sent 1 business day before delivery.

    • Offer a full refund (including shipping fees) if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
    6.3 Missing Items
    If part of your order is missing (e.g., Sofa legs, Bean Bag filling, Sofa Blanket):
    • Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a list of missing items.
